Terms of Service
Last updated 28 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Saitama when you use the Saitama website and app. By using Saitama you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Saitama.
In short
- Saitama is an AI tutor. It checks its facts, but it can still be wrong, so double-check anything important.
- Use it to learn, and follow your school’s rules about AI help.
- What you ask and send stays yours. You let us process it so Saitama can teach you.
- Students under 13 should use Saitama with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
1. What Saitama is
Saitama is an AI tutor. You ask a question, by typing, speaking or sending a photo, and it teaches you by talking and drawing on a whiteboard. Saitama is free to use today. We may limit how many new lessons you can start each day so the service stays available for everyone.
2. AI can make mistakes
Saitama looks up facts before it teaches and is built to say only what it can support. Even so, lessons are made by AI and can contain mistakes. Check anything that matters, such as exam answers, with your teacher, your textbook or another trusted source. Saitama is for learning. It isn’t medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it isn’t a substitute for a teacher.
3. Your account
You can use Saitama without signing in; your browser then gets a guest account. You can also sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure, and sign out when you use a shared device. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
4. Young students
Saitama is made for students. If you’re under 13, or under the age at which you can agree to these terms on your own where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you and let you use Saitama.
5. Using Saitama fairly
Please don’t:
- use Saitama to cheat where your school or exam doesn’t allow AI help;
- send anything illegal, hateful or sexual, or anything that harms or harasses someone;
- send other people’s personal information without their permission;
- try to break into, overload or get around the limits of Saitama, or use bots or scripts to copy it;
- pretend to be someone else, or resell Saitama without our written permission.
We may pause or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Your content and ours
Your questions, photos and voice stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them, including through the companies listed in our Privacy Policy, only to run and improve Saitama. You can use the lessons Saitama makes for you for your own learning, and share them.
The Saitama name, logo, website and app, and the software behind them, belong to us.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
8. Paid plans
Saitama is free today. If we offer paid plans, we’ll show the price and payment terms before you pay, and we’ll update these terms first.
9. Changes and availability
We’re improving Saitama all the time, so features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top and tell you in the app. Using Saitama after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Our responsibility
Saitama is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by relying on a lesson without checking it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live that can’t be limited.
11. Ending
You can stop using Saitama at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@trysaitama.com. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering Saitama.
